Last night went fairly well. Stella fell asleep 10 minutes into the crying. She woke up about 5 minutes later, but fell asleep about 20 minutes after that. I'd say it was pretty successful. Unfortunately I slept horribly. There was a thunder storm which I would usually enjoy but it was SO loud and woke me up out of a nightmare. I laid in bed thinking, this is going to wake Stella up any minute. By the time "any minute" didn't show up it was 4am. I was exhausted and angry at the weather. Stella woke up a happy girl at 7:20 this morning.
I decided to give napping in her crib another go. She cried exactly 30 minutes and then fell asleep. She is currently sleeping so I will have to update later how that went.
Stella in toy heaven. Screeching with delight. Love that girl.
UPDATE:
15 min after I wrote the original blog entry Stella woke up... Screaming. She took her afternoon nap in the stroller as I wheeled her around Target.
Anyone have any suggestions? Are you out there readers?
