wedding reception

This past Saturday we celebrated getting married with all of our family and friends. I am not the planning type, thus the reason we got married in Vegas, so I cannot take any credit for how beautiful this event was. How this all came together was my sister. She is absolutely amazing. All I did was write her a check and say "Do whatever you want... I don't care!". It exceeded all of my expectations. I don't think I could possibly tell her enough how much it meant to me that she did this or how much I loved it. Here are a few sneak peeks to the beautiful day! Thanks again Riss and everyone else that helped her plan such an amazing day for Auston and I!!!

Bike ride

Stella took her first bike ride today. She laughed and squealed and was smiling the whole time (but of course not in the pictures).

We are planning on making this a family ritual!

Our home

I know I mentioned it in a past blog, but Stella, Auston and I moved into our first home as a family. We have lived in several different places but none of them have ever felt like "home" until this one. This house built in 1954 and has 3 cozy bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It is also filled with charm and character. As soon as we did a walk through I knew that this was going to be the house we rented. I wish we had the opportunity to buy this beauty, we even asked our landlord if she'd be interested....but she wasn't. We've done a lot of work to this house and I am so proud to call it ours. We finally sat down for a picture out front.
